SOUNDS OF PERPETUAL SPRING
As many of you know. Lucious and I created a three-D sculpture for the concert district of downtown Hampton, VA. We attended the formal gala at their beautiful recently opened History Museum this past weekend. The reception was held for the 17 national artists with 22 works, selected for this opportunity. The sculptures for the outdoor gallery were spectacular! We were received well by the overflow crowd and the wonderful support they offered. Five awards including the Mayors Award, SunTrust and Downtown Hampton Partnership Awards among them. Totally surprised and thrilled, Lucious and I, were awarded The "Hampton Arts Commission, Award of Excellence" for our collaborative work, "Sounds of Perpetual Spring".
